Shipping & Returns

We are a small company and we do our very best
to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
Our standard turnaround time is 1 – 2 business days, 
and 2 – 4 business days during our peak dispatch periods
(we really appreciate your understanding with
slight delays, during busier times!).
All orders are shipped from our studio in Kapiti, New Zealand.
We ship with a flat rate of $9.00 tracked on all standard New Zealand orders.
For rural addresses we offer a flat rate of $12.00 tracked.

AUSTRALIA
We ship with a flat rate of $22.00 NZ Post tracked
with estimated shipping 3-6 days.

SOUTH PACIFIC & OCEANIA
We ship with a flat rate of $29.00
NZ Post tracked with estimated shipping 6-10 days.
REST OF THE WORLD

We ship with a flat rate of $70.00 NZ Post tracked with estimated shipping 6-10 days.

REFUNDS
When making a purchase from us, please choose carefully! 
Due to the fluctuating value of single cards, rookgaming.co.nz 
does not accept returns of single card purchases.
There are two exceptions:
If anything, you’ve ordered arrives damaged,
please contact us straight away (admin@rookgaming.co.nz),
providing us with your order number,
and a description + photo of the damage.
Please do not return any items before first making contact with us.
Damaged items must be reported to us within forty eight hours of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Once you have received return approval you
may return the item(s) in the same condition they were received.
Once rookgaming.co.nz has received the returned item(s), replacement items will be sent to you at no extra cost. 
In the event that a replacement can not be supplied,
a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.
If you receive any item(s) that you did not order,
you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact rookgaming.co.nz.
Once you have received return approval you may return the item(s)
in the same condition they were received.
Once rookgaming.co.nz has received the returned item(s),
replacement items will be sent to you at no extra cost. 
In the event that a replacement can not be supplied,
a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.
