The information contained on the website is provided by Rook Gaming  in good faith. To the best of Rook Gaming ’s knowledge, the information is accurate and current. However, Rook Gaming and its related employees or consultants do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information.

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on rookgaming.co.nz are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology*. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server. If you still have any concerns about ordering electronically, feel free to contact us at hello@rookgaming.co.nz and place your order over email. We will invoice you via Paypal and you will have the option to pay via debit/credit card, or from your Paypal balance. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email.

You agree to provide Rook Gaming with current, complete and accurate customer information. Rook Gaming reserves the right to decline any sales where customer details provided are not deemed to be valid or correct.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
